Our intended placement model is no upfront machine cost to the host location. Final terms are confirmed in the placement agreement.
Who handles restocking and maintenance?
PokeVend 330 handles inventory, restocking, routine maintenance and customer-service issues related to the machine.
How much space does the machine need?
Both wall-mounted and free-standing options are available. Our smallest wall-mounted unit is approximately 24" W × 36" H × 9" D, while our largest free-standing unit is approximately 36" W × 72" H × 24" D. During the site evaluation, we’ll recommend the best option for your location and confirm the required space and nearby electrical access.
What happens if the machine is not a good fit?
The placement agreement will define the term and termination process so both parties understand the arrangement before installation.
